Maryland Home inspections have most certainly been around probably as long as houses. People would often ask someone they were familiar wtih, such as a builder friend, or sometimes even a parent, to make a judgement on the house they were buying or planning to sell.
All too often, that judgement was based on a quick run through, with little or no understanding of what was important, and quite often someone who was not at all educated in the nuances of buildings. These were simpler times, using simple construction techniques for the most part, and evaluations rendered were predictably simple.
That was a long time ago. Times have changed and as a result, so have ome inspections. Fundamentally, the primary purpose of a home inspection is to bring to light issues of any issues in the condition of the property, systems, integral or influencing peripheral parts of the property. We also hold it to be true to include in our reports the points of a home which are good. We know that an educated consumer is more likely to make a good decision. The buyer would be misguided if we only focused on the problems and concerns with a home. Including in our report both the good and the bad is of utmost importance in the final decision making process.
Home inspection software IQ6000 developed with very much frustration as I was taking advantage of the many other home inspection software programs and with over twenty five years of experience inspecting homes, taking from that experience, I have created IQ6000. It was made to be very simple for all to learn and use. You will most likely be able to learn it after viewing 1 hour of our videos, and be able to use it to perform an inspection. If you experience or have questions or problems, just e-mail me and I will assist you with the software. You have the ability to change all of the options, put out the report to e-mail, PDF, burn to CD, or print. Databases can be created of realtors, inspection reports, and attorneys. Backing up the software, only click and then drag it. It’s compatible with both the PC and the Mac, and the best thing is, IQ6000 home inspection software is free. We have no setup fees, no upgrade fees, you just are charged per the number of reports, you are offered volume purchase options, and we have monthly subscriptions as an option. Home inspection software IQ6000 is the only home inspection software to choose for the smart home inspector.
