Britney Spears - In A Pair Of Her Favourite Daisy Dukes

Britney Spears displayed her legs in a brilliant short pair of Daisy Dukes yesterday. Exploiting the sunlight the 28-year-old grouped the showing denim shorts with a yellow vest top.
Britney was heading off to pick up one of her favorite iced coffees in LA when she was snapped. Maybe the pop star had been listening to Katy Perry’s hit, California Gurls. In it she sings ‘Look at them girls with the Daisy Dukes on… ‘ Britney’s pair made public her muscly legs, following her active Circus world tour. The singer’s name was linked to the job of Daisy Duke in the Dukes Of Hazzard remake, back in 2003. The task ultimately went to Jessica Simpson. Britney is hot for the shorts look. Recently she’s been pictured in black, gray and brown pairs, every one of them cut high on the leg. Yesterday her bodyguards were with her as she stopped at the Starbucks.
It has appeared that Britney is being threatened with a court action by a previous member of her security team. Previous detective Fernando Flores, twenty-nine, give up his job after reportedly facing a sequence of unusual seduction attempts.
He told friends Britney would walk round her house exposed, and wave him into her room. He ultimately handed in his notice when her pa, Jamie, chastised Flores for enabling her to leave the house without undies, something he felt uncomfortable deliberating with her.
A chum said to the Sun : ‘Working for Britney is tricky. She is a nightmare to handle and her feelings are completely beyond control. She runs round the house exposed and screaming at staff. ‘Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He would have liked to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became intolerable.

Glasvegas to Release next Album in Spring

Glasvegas have revealed that new material could be with us by next Easter. Talking at this year’s Oya Festival in Norway, Glasvegas frontman James Allan confirmed that he loves to write new tracks and is itching to start recording the follow up to their debut self-titled release.

“You can expect to hear stuff probably around Easter time,” he told Xfm. “Easter time is when I think we should release the album.”

Frontman James Allan told NME.com that he is moving to Los Angeles and will build a home studio to record the follow-up to their self-titled debut. Recording is set to start in the winter, again with producer Rich Costey. Allan revealed a number of song titles, including ‘Sonic Silence’, ‘Whatever Hurts You Through The Night’ and ‘Born To Die’. He added that the next album would be more optimistic: “I left myself in a position of being stuck with a grey cloud hanging over me. I wanted to escape it - I like to think that a lot of my thoughts and optimism are going towards being liberated.”

The singer informed Xfm that the rest of the band haven’t even heard the new songs but “If people want it to be part of their lives, then they can have it.”

Florence And The Machine and the Arctic Monkeys also appeared at the Norwegian festival which took place in Oslo’s Medieval Park from August 11-15.

Motorhead “Inferno”

Motorhead-”Inferno”-Review by Les Lewellyn

When David Grohl of Nirvana and Foo Fighters fame release the sensational CD “Probot” this year it rekindled my metal tastebuds. For those of you not familiar with his project I’ll explain. He recorded songs on which he played all instruments and he had guest vocalists come in and sing as well as write the lyrics and play whatever instrument they might also play. The cd features vocalists such as King Diamond, Snake from Voivod, and many other great singers/musicians. The whole cd flows like it was a gift from God or at least the Heavy Metal God. On that cd Lemmy from Motorhead does a fantastic job on the tune “Shake Your Blood”. On first listen I was excited to hear Lemmy singing on such a awesome tune and the excitement was enough for me to do some google searching and that is where I found out that the boys were back and had a new CD released on the indie label Sanctuary entitled “Inferno”. Like Monster Magnet, being on an indie has enhanced their sound big time!

Always a rough and tough rocking band, Motorhead has never rocked like they do on this CD. What’s amazing is how great Lemmy’s vocals sound. I have loved the band since their beginning and my fondness for Lemmy dates back to his Hawkwind days. I have to say I have enjoyed Motorhead whenever I’ve bought a cd and listened. But NEVER have I been entrapped into their sound like I am today.

The opening song, “Terminal Show”, features Steve Vai on guitar. I have to admit even though I’m a guitarist I respect Steve Vai but I just can’t get into the instrumental cds he’s released. Actually, I dig them I just don’t find myself playing them very often. But Steve takes hold of “Terminal Show” and sounds like he’s in the band. He refrains from overplaying his part and he fits Motorhead like a glove. Philip Campbell, Motorhead’s guitarist, allows Steve Vai to play with no conflicts and it’s sweet as honey! But Philip Campbell then goes on to play lead on all the rest of the tunes like a banshee in heatexcept the end of “Down On Me” on which Steve Vai returns. What’s cool about this is the fact that the two tunes on which Steve Vai plays guitar are not necessarily the best on the cd. It’s a seemless collection of tunes that will rock the toughest crowd. I can only imagine how great they sound live and I can’t wait to catch them on their current tour.

Mikkey Dee returns on drums and this cat pounds the hell out of them. Lemmy attacks the bass like a maniac and his vocals are his best to date. The cd never gets politcal but it does paint a dim look at life in these troubled times. It’s really kind of creepy how convincing Lemmy sounds on the tune “Killers”. Obviously the dude is fascinated with murder because he sings three tunes about the topic. I’m glad he’s got his bass and band to keep him busy!!!!

I know I claimed Monster Magnet have the best cd this year but I have to say that Motorhead are coming in with a tie at least! “Inferno” is a must buy cd for any hard rock fan. From start to finish the album soars past and demands repeated plays. I am sure that Motorhead’s old fans will freak out over this cd and also they’ve created a cd that will hopefully get them some new young fans. Violin Lessons

When you take violin lessons, you will be more musically inclined to all forms of musical instruments and the music scores. Basically, a violin is a treble-pitched 4-stringed instrument played with arosined horsehair bow. It is a bowed instrument with four strings, which is used to provide the soprano and alto parts in the string section of the modern orchestra and the string quartet. A violin concerto is a concerto for solo violin (occasionally, two or more violins) and instrumental ensemble, customarily orchestra. Sonata in C for keyboard and violin, was written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and is one of his earliest works.

A violin makes beautiful continuous music to the ears as the bow is pulled back and forth on the four-stringed instrument. As an aside, Sergei Prokofiev’s violin sonata No. 1 in F minor, written between 1938 and 1946 (completed two years after Violin Sonata No. 2), is one of the darkest and most brooding works the composer has ever written. Also, the Violin Sonata No. 1 of Ludwig van Beethoven in D major, the first of his Opus 12 set, was written in 1798 and dedicated to Antonio Salieri. Vanessa Mae, a famous violinist, recorded her first violin album in October 1990, near her 12th birthday, and released shortly afterwards in March of 1991. Vanessa Mae contributed her royalties from the album to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

She is now a millionairess who travels round the world just by playing the violin to her captivated audiences. Therefore, taking violin lessons has its benefits and rewards later on in life. As with all musical instruments, you need to put in hours of patient practice and never give up when the going gets tough. That is how a virtuoso, or an outstanding musician exceptional on his/her instrument is born.
